Congressionally Directed Spending Requests Application - FY 2025
Senator Klobuchar is accepting congressionally directed spending (CDS) requests for Minnesota-based projects for Fiscal Year 2025.
Please use the link below to submit an application. Requests must be submitted via electronic application by 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Friday, April 26, 2024.
Any CDS request that Senator Klobuchar submits to the Senate Appropriations Committee must comply with Senate Rule XLIV.
Disclaimer: The purpose of the application is to identify high-impact projects in Minnesota that can reach completion with assistance from the federal government. For-profit entities are not eligible to receive congressionally directed spending. There are no guarantees that CDS requests will be funded.
Eligible Accounts: All but three of the twelve Senate appropriations committees accept CDS requests. Of these, each committee identifies certain program accounts for which CDS projects are eligible to apply.
